We have been preparing for our sales agents and technical support agents to be able to work from home, this is to ensure they stay safe, healthy and able to support their families in the best possible way whilst also being able to continue offering the first class support to you, our customers. You will not notice any change in the service you receive, agents will be available at all the normal times. Our data centres are in lockdown to all but essential staff, all non-essential staff are not permitted to enter the premises.
All face to face meetings with clients have been cancelled until further notice, we will in turn use video/conference calls to stay in contact with you, if you have appointments booked with our team, these will be cancelled and we will revert to video calls for the same original appointment time/date, for any changes please submit a support ticket.
These actions help us ensure we can help our team protect their families and help us maintain our service quality to the same standard we always operate.
